Bilingual Sales Supervisor - Spanish

Are you a sales superstar looking to take your talents to the next level? Join our team at Sun Communities and embark on an exciting new opportunity! We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee the sales one of our communities.

OVERVIEW

As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll sell new, pre-owned and brokered homes within a specified manufactured housing community. You’ll show, advertise and market homes, prepare home orders, and coordinate closings. Additionally, you’ll supervise individual Sales Coordinators.

JOB DUTIES

  1. Coordinate team member selection, training, scheduling and development of Sales Coordinators and ensure team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance of policies designed to increase team member safety.  Complete and submit workers’ compensation accident reports and incident reports on a timely basis.
  3. Show prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sales in the community.
  4. Collaborate with Community Manager to select sites and prioritize site preparation for Sun Homes models.
  5. Recommend inspections and purchases of pre-owned or repossessed homes.
  6. Coordinate model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture).
  7. Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program (LPP), including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals, and LPP sale conversions.
  8. Request closing packages and perform closings.
  9. Review and authorize invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes sales.
  10. Coordinate open house planning with the Community Manager.
  11. Advertise and market homes for sale in the Community (i.e. ads, flyers, mailers, banners, community outreach, etc.).
  12. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years real estate sales experience, preferably in the manufactured housing industry
  • Ability to fluently read, write and speak English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to use email and internet
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
