District Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a District Sales Coordinator to handle the routine sales office work and administrative responsibilities of a specified district of manufactured housing communities.


  1. Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents; provide prospects with appropriate information regarding the districted communities as requested.
  2. Assist with preparation of marketing materials including brochures and flyers that pertain to homes for sale (new, pre-owned, and brokered homes), community events, and other related materials as directed.
  3. Assist prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory; review new and pre-owned home listings, show homes to prospective residents, and assist with rental applications at the manager’s discretion.
  4. Refer all sales prospects to the District Sales Supervisor, complete prospect card, and enter into Yardi in a timely manner.
  5. Coordinate with Underwriting department to obtain approvals on prospective resident applicants; track all approvals and denials.
  6. Review and code invoices and statements for manager’s approval.
  7. Handle and resolve resident/customer routine questions and inquires in a timely and professional manner; field comments, suggestions, and complex situations to the appropriate manager.
  8. Perform general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  9. Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed.
  10. Forward Sun Homes customer service requests to manager in a timely fashion.
  11. Prepare and print communications such as lease agreements, addendums to lease agreements, and notices to vacate as necessary.
  12. Assist with planning and coordinating resident relation events and activities within the specified district of communities.
  13. Maintain records and files in accordance with the Operations Manual.
  14. Complete new move-in incentive requests for non-Sun Homes deals.
  15. Other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
  • Previous experience using Yardi, a plus
  • Prior sales or leasing office experience, preferred
