Post Residency Coordinator

We are looking for a Post Residency Coordinator to process our resident move-out packages. If you have experience in lending or property management industry, we want to talk to you!
OVERVIEW
As a Post Residency Coordinator you'll process all resident move-outs by completing the deposit accounting accurately and timely. You'll also process payments received from past residents and send accounts to collection agencies as needed.
JOB DUTIES
- Review resident ledger who moved out and process deposit accounting accurately, including sending their Final Statement of Security Deposit Account (FSSDA).
- Ensure all FSSDA are completed and mailed within 30 days of move-out date, or date specified by state.
- Process payments from past residents within 48 hours of receipt; revise FSSDA and forward payment to the Accounting department or collection agency if needed.
- Prepare collection packages for residents owing a balance or contacting necessary team members to obtain missing collection package paperwork.
- Submit collection packages to collection agencies after 30 days from the move-out date, or after lease expiration date and ensure system fields are updated.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience, or in a lending or multi-family property management environment
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
