NetSuite Systems Manager

Main Office (MOS)

 

 

Position Summary

The Systems Manager is responsible for the ownership, design, configuration, implementation, testing, communication, maintenance, and administration in support of the companys core operating systems strategy. This includes manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, accounting/financial, and miscellaneous ancillary enterprise-wide related systems.

Duties

  1. Oversees system roadmap and configuration across manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, and accounting front and back office enterprise applications.
  2. Maintains and grows expertise in software capabilities, both current and on future release roadmap.
  3. Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform and gain buy in on the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  4. Handles master data management and oversight.
  5. Maintains internal documentation to support system administration desktop procedures.
  6. Works with project teams to coordinate system upgrades including timing, testing, and rollout.
  7. Handles acquisition, disposition, and conversion support across enterprise applications.
  8. Administers dashboard building and maintenance as requested.
  9. Responsible for ad-hoc task creation and assignment.
  10. Responsible for basic workflow creation and maintenance.
  11. Acts as relationship management point of contact with software vendors.
  12. Dedicates time to research emerging tech trends that may apply to enterprise and drive adoption strategy.
  13. Drives feature requests with software vendors and internal development team.
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field (Required)
  • 5 years experience in product ownership, system administration, or system support role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven record of continually seeking learning opportunities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and translate the voice of business customers
  • Ability to think creatively to solve customer requests using configuration
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and embrace change
  • Knowledge of configuration and support best practices and methodologies
