Regional Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager develops marketing strategies, allocates budget and executes marketing initiatives to support the marketing needs of their assigned regions and properties. They strategize, create, communicate and launch effective advertising and promotional campaigns both independently and collaboratively with other RV Marketing Managers and the Main Office marketing team. RV Marketing Managers are responsible for oversight of digital, social and SEM campaigns driving increased bookings, capturing new leads and/or promoting park model sales for their assigned regions and properties.

Duties

  1. Collaborates with the Main Office marketing team, other RV Marketing Managers, leadership and resort managers to outline strategy and execute the marketing plan.
  2. Strategizes, creates, communicates and launches effective advertising and promotional campaigns both independently and collaboratively with RV Marketing team and Main Office marketing team.
  3. Ensures the marketing initiatives align with the overall RV marketing strategy and objectives.
  4. Manages the implementation of marketing initiatives within established timelines and within assigned budgets.
  5. Oversees marketing management including digital, social and SEM campaigns driving increased bookings, capturing new leads and/or promoting park model sales for their assigned regions and properties.
  6. Collaborates with the Director of Marketing and Main Office creative team to create design concepts and layouts that communicate ideas, which inspire, inform and captivate consumers. Conducts or oversees production design activities.
  7. Works closely with Director of Marketing to establish revenue projections and KPI metrics.
  8. Collaborates with Main Office marketing team to identify and implement marketing to support sales goals to include advertising, collateral, trade shows, open house and resort activities.
  9. Conducts marketing program ROI analysis, produces reports on all marketing campaigns and communicates results.
  10. Stays abreast of industry trends and competitive intelligence and provides ideas for future marketing strategies, products and services.
  11. Collaborates with Main Office team to determine and allocate media budgets.
  12. Establishes relationships with in-market media and advertising vendors and collaborates with Director of Marketing to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  13. Attends and contributes in strategic and tactical meetings, events, team building exercises and planning sessions.
  14. Other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. (Required)
  • 3 years marketing experience (hospitality/RV Resort preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience using content management systems; Word Press experience preferred
  • Experience managing company social media platforms
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities based on business demands
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely and independently
