OVERVIEW

The Manager of Website Production is responsible for maintaining, designing, and developing our consumer facing websites based on our brand guidelines, product offerings and consumer insights. They oversee monitoring, assessing, and reporting on content and conversion performances, ensuring websites function and handling a range of online marketing projects. This leadership position champions an excellent understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), hosting and server management through vendor relationships, and develops, maintains, and updates website content/direction.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Creates wireframes, mockups, sitemaps and/or prototypes that are designed to enhance and delight a customer's digital experience with our brands
  • Responsible for the performance of all marketing websites ensuring they continue to be a top source of leads while identifying and executing on strategies to scale the volume of lead engagements and conversations
  • Handles content management systems; implementing upgrades/enhancements & site redesigns, monitoring analytics, ensuring accessibility compliance, integrating and maintaining external feeds, & pursues best practices in website management and maintenance
  • Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Owns and manages project expectations and timing with external development teams, vendors, and internal marketing department
  • Collaborates with marketimng team members and developers, SEO specialists and others to create and maintain compelling, on-message and relevant web content
  • Responsible for ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
  • Uses data and analytics to inform the development of efficient enhancements, lead generation, integrations and content for marketing needs and campaigns
  • Creates quality assurance and process documentation to maximize quality of content, approach to enhancements/deployments and user experiences
  • Collaborates with SEO specialists and vendors to develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword strategies across websites; educates the marketing team on SEO strategies and how their efforts/workstreams impact SEO on the web
  • Owns the development of new website pages from ideation to completion alongside internal marketing team stakeholders
  • Actively follows trends in tech and digital publishing to ensure website follows industry best practices in audience engagement, UX, SEO and regulatory requirements
  • Forecasts risks, changes, and communicates possible issues and opportunities to stakeholders and marketing leadership team
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (Required)
  • 5 years of experience in web content management, UX design/management, and/or digital
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, marketing, and planning skills
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and provide suggestions for process improvements, cost savings or alternative execution methods
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and humble leader
  • Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills with various stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp big picture objectives and move quickly from concepts to actions
  • Flexible, autonomous leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel by car or plane with overnight stays as required: 5-10%
