Loyalty Program Manager

Main Office (MOS)



Position Summary

The Loyalty Program Manager will develop and oversee the Sun RV loyalty program, covering over 140 RV resorts and 250,000 guests annually. They will collaborate regularly with Operations Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Technology Development, and Resort Teams to build and deliver industry-leading loyalty experiences to Sun RV guests.


  1. Develop and manage the Sun RV loyalty program, including program strategy, design, administration, budgeting, customer experience planning, marketing, promotion development, and member communications
  2. Develop and manage differentiated program partnerships to maximize program value to members and Sun RV
  3. Manage member engagement cycle; design promotions and tactics to activate, engage, grow, and re-engage members
  4. Partner with resort teams and Main Office service functions to deliver accurate, impactful program communications to Sun RV team members and ensure prompt issue resolution
  5. Lead loyalty member communications, promotions, and activities in partnership with the Marketing department and within the broader framework of Sun RV guest marketing strategy
  6. Measure, analyze, and report program results and member activity to business leadership; support annual and ad hoc budgeting for the loyalty program
  7. Effectively communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  8. Manage platform partners and oversee online member experience including point & status maintenance and redemption planning & execution in SaaS platform


  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in (Preferred)
  • 3 years experience managing consumer loyalty programs in travel or hospitality settings
  • Proficient in SaaS based loyalty platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and/or other data analysis tools
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-profile assignments
  • Ability to travel by car or plane with overnight stays as required: up to 30%
