CRM & Marketing Specialist

Main Office (MOS)

 

 

Position Summary

 

The CRM & Marketing Specialist is the content owner and primary administrator of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. They are responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for departments using CRM, marketing communication tools or marketing data.

***This position has the option to work remotely.***

 

Duties

  1. Assists and manages system users including creating and maintaining profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules and queues
  2. Maintains data integrity by performing data maintenance tasks such as de-duping, uploads and other data quality assurance procedures in Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds
  3. Assists in defining requirements and mapping features to new and current business processes; collaborates with IT and third party service providers on implementing technical solutions
  4. Drives and increases user adoption and ensures user satisfaction by identifying training gaps and system problems; provides training and solutions
  5. Collaborates with marketing team to create target lists and advise on opportunities for marketing automation
  6. Designs, documents, builds, tests and deploys enhancements to Salesforce software custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within the software in conjunction with IT
  7. Reviews and understands general organization drivers and context for development projects and maintains the request/support pipeline; works with internal departments to determine priority, then evaluates and executes requested changes
  8. Recommends modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process and reporting
  9. Researches changes in upcoming Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud releases, as well as other integrated applications; provides recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity
  10. Maintains ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or as features are added
  11. Collaborates with Web Marketing and Call Center teams to execute marketing and advertising campaigns
  12. Assists with data integration with reporting tools to measure success of campaigns and digital presence
  13. Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Required)
  • 3 years marketing and digital analytics experience
  • 2 years Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud/Extract Target experience
  • 1 year SQL, SQQL or other query language experience
  • Salesforce Certification
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
