Overview

Supports the procurement team by coordinating and facilitating collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers to effectively achieve procurement initiatives. Including supplier performance management activities, collecting and normalizing relationships, gathering and maintaining procurement data. 

Job Duties

  • Serve as a central coordination point between suppliers, internal team members, and the procurement team — ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and timely resolution of issues
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on procurement initiatives by organizing working sessions, distributing agendas, tracking decisions, and following up on action items with all stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day supplier communications, tracking deliverables, monitoring commitments, and escalating concerns to category managers as needed
  • Collect, organize, and normalize procurement data including spend reports, supplier performance metrics, requirements, and contract milestones
  • Maintain procurement projects, tasks, and documentation in Wrike and related systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and following up on deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate among diverse stakeholders — vendors, internal subject matter experts, and procurement leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) for data tracking and communication
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for supplier-facing and internal coordination
  • Attention to detail in data entry, reporting, and document management
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, administrative support, or a related field
  • Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle), preferred
  • Experience supporting sourcing or contract management processes, perferred
