Regional Marketing Manager

Main Office: Off Site (MOO)

 

 

OVERVIEW

As an RV Marketing Manager you'll develop and implement marketing initiatives for your assigned region. You'll work collaboratively as part of the Main Office marketing team to develop, implement and maintain marketing campaigns and programs that support your assigned region. Programs and campaigns would include digital and print advertising, lead generation, public relations, website and social media, promotions and incentives, customer communications, and resort-level activities.

This position will office out of the Orlando, FL or Southwest, FL areas.

JOB DUTIES

  1. Collaborate with Main Office marketing team, regional leadership, and Resort Managers to outline and execute the marketing plan.
  2. Manage and coordinate marketing activities that support the marketing plan including digital and print advertising, public relations, website and social media, promotions and incentives, customer communications, and resort-level activities.
  3. Ensure marketing initiatives align with overall RV marketing strategy and objectives.
  4. Manage implementation of marketing initiatives within established timelines and assigned budgets.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing Director and Main Office creative team to create design concepts and layouts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, and captivate consumers; conduct or oversee production design activities.
  6. Work closely with Marketing Director and Regional VPs to understand operational budgets, revenue projections and KPI metrics to identify pricing and promotional opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with marketing team to identify and implement marketing to support regional sales goals including advertising, collateral, trade shows, open house and resort activities.
  8. Collaborate with marketing team to develop, implement and oversee regional web and social media programs.
  9. Conduct marketing program ROI analysis; produce reports on all marketing campaigns and communicate results.
  10. Conduct market research and analyze competitive intelligence to understand current market conditions and determine requirements for existing and future products and services.
  11. Collaborate with Main Office team to determine and manage regional marketing budgets.
  12. Establish relationships with in-market media and advertising vendors; collaborate with Director, RV Marketing to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  13. Attend and contribute in strategic and tactical meetings, events, team building exercises, and planning sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, OR equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience; RV resort experience, preferred
  • Prior experience using content management systems; Word Press experience, preferred
  • Prior experience managing Company social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Advanced experience with marketing analytics and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing production, printing, publishing procedures & standards
  • Expert knowledge of print specifications, page layouts and photographic requirements
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices with intermediate proficiency in interactive design, web development and design, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools, a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities based on business demands
  • Ability to travel by car as required in Florida: 30-50%
