Job Summary
Job Duties
- Assists the manager with scheduling, ordering, menu creation, and other administrative tasks. (Essential)
- Addresses and resolves customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally. (Essential)
- Serves as a primary point of contact offering guidance and support to Concessions Attendants (Essential)
- Ensures compliance with state and local food preparation requirements. (Essential)
- Serves alongside Concessions Attendants to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently.
- Provides friendly, high-quality, and genuine hospitality for each guest.
- Greets guests, takes orders, prepares, and serves offerings in accordance with established standards.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines.
- Operates the cash register; receives payments by cash or credit card, and accurately counts and provides change when applicable.
- Prepares food and beverages throughout the day as needed, anticipating and responding to guest volume.
- Works neatly and safely, adhering to all health department rules and sanitation guidelines.
- Follows recipes accurately while maintaining consistent food and beverage preparation processes.
- Completes food and beverage assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.
- Performs shift opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
- Stocks and replenishes food, beverages, paper products, and utensils as needed.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains concession areas in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
- Follows sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the shift.
- Assists with setting up and breaking down events at resort functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months in Minimum of 6 months of previous food and beverage experience. (Preferred)
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to tolerate fluctuations in temperature, including working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet navigation.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Required Certifications/Licensures:(Serve Safe Certification )
