OVERVIEW

District Sales Representatives sell new, pre-owned and brokered homes in a specified district of manufactured housing communities. They show, advertise and market homes, prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.

JOB DUTIES

  • Show prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the district.
  • Coordinate model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture).
  • Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program (LPP), including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing, renewals and LPP sale conversions.
  • Request closing packages and perform closings.
  • Advertise and market homes for sale in the district.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to select sites and prioritize site preparation for model homes.
  • Inspect and recommend purchase of pre-owned or repossessed homes.
  • Review and authorize invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales.
  • Coordinate open house planning with Community Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
