Join our team at Sun Communities and embark on an exciting new opportunity! We are looking for a Title Processor to complete the title work for pre-owned home purchases and leases.


As a Title Processor, you’ll complete the title work necessary for pre-owned home purchases, closed cash sales, and Lease Purchase Program (LPP) leases for Sun's manufactured housing communities and RV resorts.


  1. Ensure title information and documents received are accurate and adequate for transferring titles into Sun Homes' name.
  2. Complete necessary paperwork and pay taxes when transferring titles into Sun Homes' name for LPP transactions, cash sales, and RV purchases and sales.
  3. Follow-up with counties and municipalities as necessary to ensure the title transfer process is quick and efficient.
  4. Maintain and, as necessary, expand upon current tracking mechanisms utilized to ensure a fast and efficient title transfer process.
  5. Provide support to the Underwriting department in resolving title issues.
  6. Code, scan and file Manufacturer's State of Origin (MSOs) and Sun Homes titles and MSOs as received.
  7. Follow up on title transfers done by loan servicer to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  8. Assist with the repossession process by completing the Repo Transmittal checklist.
  9. Prepare the daily delinquency report.
  10. Follow-up on Voluntary Notices of Surrenders.
  11. Review the monthly loan tapes for accuracy and work with servicer for any corrections.
  12. Pay legal bills.
  13. Other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a related environment
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
