Do you enjoy special events and working with the public? We are looking for a Special Events Assistant to help with planning, designing, and implementing special and charitable events which ensuring to provide our guests and residents with quality customer service.


  1. Assists manager in designing, planning, organizing, and implementing all special and charitable events.
  2. Purchases items needed for special events with manager approval.
  3. Processes invoices for payment and maintains accurate accounting records.
  4. Creates posters and signs for events, maintains accurate ticket sales records, and coordinates with the Food Services Department for catering schedules and needs for each event.
  5. Collaborates with various clubs for interaction and assistance with set-up and clean-up of events.
  6. Other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
