Job Summary

We are looking for an Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our park stays well-maintained, clean, and inviting. You will be responsible for all grounds maintenance duties, ensuring that green spaces are immaculate and that facilities are kept in top condition. This role offers a variety of tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors.

Job Duties

Cutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standards
Trimming hedges and maintaining shrubbery
Laying bark and maintaining flowerbeds
General gardening duties, including planting and upkeep of green areas
Collecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areas
Distributing deliveries to relevant departments
Assisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodges
Supporting other departments with ad hoc duties as needed
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations
Litter picking and keeping park areas clean

Requirements

Previous experience in grounds maintenance and gardening
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
A professional attitude and a positive, can-do personality
Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage
Plumbing experience would be beneficial, though not essential
Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a neat appearance
Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the park
