Overview

Join Park Holidays, one of the largest and most successful providers of holiday parks across England, Wales and Scotland! We are currently seeking a customer-focused Arcade Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career with a company that values career progression and internal development. Many of our Managers began their journey in entry-level roles just like this one!

Job Duties

Attend to customer needs within and around the arcade, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
Always keep arcade machines and the redemption area fully stocked and operational.
Maintain a clean and tidy environment in all arcade areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Actively promote the arcade facilities to guests and stay updated on all changes and new offerings in this area.

Requirements

Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Be proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and any issues within the arcade.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Exhibit a professional, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the role.
