Job Summary

Park Holidays UK is looking for a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our retail team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the shop clean and tidy, and ensuring the store is well-stocked. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers.

Job Duties

  • Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions and offers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Keep the shop clean and tidy throughout the day, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Regularly check and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
  • Stay updated on changing trends and customer preferences throughout the season.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and work schedules.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a professional attitude.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
