Pool Attendant
Job Summary
Job Duties
- Supervise pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Conduct regular checks on water quality, ensuring it meets company guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic pool environment, including the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering guest queries and assisting with any pool-related issues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of pool chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Pool Supervisor or Manager promptly.
- Attend relevant training sessions as required to stay updated on pool safety practices and company procedures.
Requirements
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a pool environment is beneficial.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
