Job Summary
Park Holidays UK, one of the largest and fastest-growing holiday park operators in the UK, is seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Operations Team. This role will provide full executive and administrative support to the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent organisation, and the utmost confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and enjoy a fast paced environment, ideally with experience of the holiday, leisure, or hospitality sector.
Job Duties
- Provide full executive support to the Operations Team.
- Manage diaries, schedules, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
- Organise travel, accommodation, meetings, conferences and expenses for the Operations Team.
- Organise and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Collate, review, and follow up on key operational actions and communications.
- Manage and respond to operational complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Always Promote Park Holidays UK with a positive and professional approach.
- Deliver excellent customer service standards, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Support colleagues across Head Office when required.
- Communicate with colleagues, internal departments, and external partners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Assist with duties outside of the core role when required, after appropriate training.
Requirements
- Strong organisational, time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach with a commitment to teamwork.
- Experience within the holiday, leisure, or hospitality sector (desirable).
