Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Learning Content Designer to join our L&D Team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and launching digital learning experiences that support operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development across our parks and head office teams.
You will work closely with the Head of L&D and key stakeholders across the business to translate training needs into high-quality, interactive e-learning solutions that reflect our brand, culture, and service standards.

Job Duties

  • Design, develop and build engaging digital e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions for a diverse workforce.
  • Own digital content standards and learner experience from design and build to testing and deployment.
  • Partner with SMEs and the L&D Field Trainer to convert training needs into digital solutions.
  • Maintain and update digital learning content.
  • Support LMS content integration (in collaboration with L&D Co-ordinator – projects and systems).
  • Bring innovation to learning technology and design.
  • Ensure all learning content is aligns with company brand, tone of voice, and operational standards.
  • Apply instructional design best practices to create learner-centric, accessible, and impactful content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using feedback, data, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in digital learning and bring innovative ideas to the organisation.
  • Design and maintain the content on MS SharePoint for L&D.
  • Integrate the LMS with external tools and vendors.
  • Support the Head of L&D in shaping the digital learning strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and developing digital learning content in an operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360 including Storyline, Rise).
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content (video, audio, graphics).
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
