Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and liaising with park staff to ensure our customers' needs are met.

What to Expect on the Day

 

  • 9:30 AM - Arrival:
  • Check-in, complete paperwork, and pick up your name badge. Be sure to bring your Right to Work documentation.
  • 9:45 AM - Welcome & Introduction:
  • Get an overview of Park Holidays UK’s mission and values, plus a brief video about our team, culture, and exciting guest-first approach.
  • 10 AM - Recruitment Activities Begin:
  • Guest Interaction Role Play: Show your skills in a one-to-one, 10-15 minutes guest scenario. You’ll handle up to two questions, demonstrating your responsiveness and professionalism in a real-life context.
  • Brief Interview: Enjoy a relaxed, 10- 15 minutes conversation with our hiring manager to discuss your experience and excitement for the role.

Each activity will last about 15 minutes as you rotate through the different sessions.

The Job Role

  1. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with specific needs.
  2. Build customer interest in the services and products offered by Park Holidays.
  3. Provide customer service of the highest level.
  4. Make outbound calls to collect balances and follow up on general requests.
  5. Liaise with park staff on a day-to-day basis.
  6. Visit parks to ensure your knowledge base is constantly updated.
  7. Review and provide constructive feedback on marketing material.
  8. Work in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements.
  9. Deliver training to new and current Advisors, when required.
  10. Attend relevant training courses as recommended by your Line Manager or the Company.
