Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to sell homes at one of our communities. If you have experience selling homes in the real estate industry, we want to talk to you!

OVERVIEW

Sales Representatives sell new, pre-owned and brokered homes in a specified manufactured housing community. They show, advertise and market homes, prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.

JOB DUTIES

  1. Show prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community.
  2. Collaborate with manager to select sites and prioritize site preparation for Sun Homes models.
  3. Recommend inspections and purchases of pre-owned or repossessed homes.
  4. Coordinate model presentation.
  5. Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program (LPP), including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals and LPP sale conversions.
  6. Request closing packages and perform closings.
  7. Review and authorize invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales.
  8. Coordinate open house planning with manager.
  9. Advertise and market homes for sale in the community.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years real estate sales experience, preferably in the manufactured housing industry
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
