Job Summary
Job Duties
- Take concession stand orders and prepare food and beverages (i.e. ice cream cones, sundaes, etc.) in accordance with established service standards. (Essential)
- Operate cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable. (Essential)
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. (Essential)
- Inspect mini golf and concession facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order; report all issues when applicable. (Essential)
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ensure merchandise inventory is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked; stock and replenish food and beverages as needed.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the concession stand area, including counters and equipment.
- Greet customers, answer the telephone courteously, and complete all sales transactions.
- Provide golf balls and clubs to mini golf customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
