Pet Ambassador - Part Time

Do you enjoy being outdoors? We are looking for a Pet Ambassador for one of our RV resort locations. You will help us ensure the pet areas are kept looking well-tended and attractive. Help us make our resort the kind of place guests can't wait to return to.

OVERVIEW

As a Pet Ambassador, you'll be responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the resort dog parks, pet waste stations, and other pet-friendly areas, while ensuring to provide excellent customer service to our residents and guests at all times. Additionally, you'll assist with the street sweeping inside the resort.

JOB DUTIES

1. Ensure dog parks, pet waste stations and other pet-friendly areas are presentable and inviting.
2. Clean the dog park grounds by hosing down the entire park vicinity on a weekly basis.
3. Empty pet waste stations throughout the resort at least two times per day.
4. Remove debris from the streets by driving the street sweeper along the curbs daily, focusing on the higher debris areas near the pet stations.
5. Safely operate vehicles for the purpose of performing job duties.
6. Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
7. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and the internet
