Job Summary
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors, vendors, contractors, residents, and prospective buyers while directing them to their destinations (Essential)
- Obtain name, license plate number, phone number, and email address of each non-resident/guest entering the community; forward information obtained to the Sales office to follow-up within 24 hours (if applicable). (Essential)
- Note all unusual occurrences on daily log sheets. (Essential)
- Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Hand-out promotional material to prospective guests and residents.
- Answer telephone courteously and record pre-call visitor information appropriately; prepare pre-call sheets for the following day.
- Submit maintenance requests for issues such as electrical, sewer, and water break problems as needed.
- Ensure a sufficient amount of office supplies; notify manager when additional supplies are needed.
- Ensure new residents are added to the "Resident List."
- Check email daily, responding as needed.
- Attend all meetings as scheduled.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Some High School Education (Required)
- Ability to read maps
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Must have a valid driver's license
