GROW WITH US

Our Resort Manager in Training Program is designed to enable you to experience real-life management at a Sun resort. We're seeking students who are completing their senior year of college studies with career interests in hospitality, real estate, or general business management.

Over 12-24 months, you will:
  • Rotate through management, office, maintenance, food & beverage, activities, housekeeping, and sales operations
  • Develop key leadership skills around managing performance, entrusting responsibility, developing talent, and decision-making
  • Be immersed in Sun’s award-winning culture
  • Partner with a designated mentor who has an interest in your success
  • Receive continuous feedback on your work
Our Manager in Training roles are full-time, paid opportunities based at designated resorts across the United States. You may experience working at more than one resort as part of this program. Successful program graduates will be considered for resort manager vacancies at Sun.

HOW WE'LL HELP

  • On your first day, we’ll take you through a group onboarding experience so you can meet other MiTs and start learning all things Sun
  • We’ll hook you up with a mentor who will help you grow and develop. You can ask them anything!
  • You’ll get access to our extensive library of self-paced training courses to teach you everything from communication skills to drilling down your on your profit & loss statement!
  • You’ll get lots of feedback, both on-the-job and in through ongoing evaluations
